Refund and Cancellation


How do I cancel an order?

At www.medpluslab.com, it is our constant endeavor to provide our customers with the best quality lab tests at competitive prices. If for some reason, you want to cancel an order, you can do this before the sample collection. Once the sample is collected, the order cannot be cancelled. Entire amount will be refunded for valid cancellations.

In order to cancel your order

  • Log into your MedPlus Lab account and go to 'My orders'.
  • Identify the order you wish to cancel and click on 'View Order'.
  • You will notice an 'Edit' link against the order. Click on 'Edit'.
  • Select the tests you wish to cancel and click on 'Cancel Selected Items'.
  • Please specify reason for cancellation and click on Yes.
  • Your tests/order will be cancelled and amount will be credited or refunded.

Can I edit the order once placed?

Yes, you can select and remove tests before the sample is collected. The amount for the removed tests will be refunded. Addition of a test is not possible once an order is placed. If you want to add a new test, you need to place a new order.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

There are two modes of refund available after cancellation.

  • Refund to MedPlus account:

    The amount will be refunded to your MedPlus account in the form of credits which can be used for your next order. This will happen immediately.

  • Refund to Bank Account:

    The amount will be refunded to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. This might take a few days depending upon the mode of payment.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Your order/tests will be cancelled immediately after the request. We will initiate the refund immediately after the request. However, actual credit in your account might take a few days depending upon the mode of payment used for the transaction.

There was a problem from MedPlus Lab side and my report is not delivered/available online. What will happen to the amount I paid?

We leave no stone unturned to make sure that we provide best service to our customers. However, if due to unavoidable circumstances, we are not able to deliver the reports to you or if there is an issue from our side, we will refund entire amount or issue a credit to your MedPlus Account.
